Kalaupun misalnya IPO-Chan di jadikan maskot resmi untuk Internet Positif oleh pemerintah, kenapa tidak? Tentu akan menjadi suatu kebanggaan tersendiri.
Seperti yang kita ketahui, tidak semua orang / semua kalangan yang menyukai akan adanya Internet Positif. Akan tetapi, coba mari kita ambil sisi positifnya.
Internet Positif di lahirkan guna untuk melindungi anak-anak yang di bawah umur. Dan tentunya HARUS dalam pengawasan dari kedua orang tua. Tapi, sayang seribu sayang, banyak orang tua yang tidak memperdulikan akan keadaan anak-anak mereka.
TDA IPO-Chan adalah karya dari hasil editan saya sendiri, dan ini adalah model yang saya buat, menggunakan base dari TDA. Dan saya sangat bersyukur, dan juga senang akan hasilnya ^^

IPO-Chan is a character, gijinka, made by our friend from Indonesia, in order to enliven the atmosphere. Of course you all already know this. IPO-Chan, or stands for Positive Internet, is the mascot created by the imagination and the pleasure of Indonesian artist. Positive Internet mascot, is not the official mascot of the government.
If for example, IPO-Chan made in the official mascot for the High Positive by the government, why not? Of course it would be a matter of pride.
As we know, not everyone / all people who love going to the Internet Positive. However, let's try to take the positive side.
Positive Internet was born in order to protect children who are under age. And of course MUST be in control of both parents. But, alas thousand unfortunately, many parents who do not care about the situation of their children.
TDA IPO-Chan is the work of my own edits, and this is a model that I created, using the base of TDA. And I am very grateful, and also happy with the result ^^

INE-Chan adalah saudara dari IPO-Chan. INE-Chan atau INE adalah kepanjangan dari Internet Negatif. Saya tidak tahu siapa yang membuat gijinkanya. Dan saya sangat bingung sekali @_@
Sebetulnya, saya membuat INE-Chan ini berdasarkan dari fanart teman kita. Dan berkat dia juga, akhirnya saya berhasil membuatnya.
Internet Negatif ini adalah USER yang tidak perduli akan keberadaan Internet Positif. Dan mereka akan selalu berusaha untuk membuka blokiran dari pemerintah, terhadap situs-situs yang sudah di black list. Sebenarnya saya tidak terlalu perduli akan user yang seperti itu. Itu adalah urusan mereka sendiri. INTInya adalah, user seperti ini, ada yang sudah tahu akan jeleknya situs-situs yang mereka tuju, dan ada juga user yang tidak tahu akan jeleknya situs-situs tersebut, dan akan selalu berusaha untuk mencari tahu.
Biasanya, anak-anak di bawah umur, yang tidak berada di dalam pengawasan kedua orang tuanya.
